Obituary of Mary-Jane Todd


TODD Mary Jane Todd (MJ) age 78, previously of Easton, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at CT Health of Southport. Mrs. Todd was born in Bridgeport and was a longtime area resident. She was a receptionist for Glencore Ltd for 15 years. Mary Jane was an avid bridge player who played in many local bridge clubs. She also enjoyed going to Shea Stadium and rooting on her Mets! She was an active volunteer for many local organizations, including the American Red Cross, and the Easton Republican Committee. Survivors include five children, Carolyn and Gerald Bonta of Hamden, Laureen and Marc Yablong of Milwaukee, Michael and Deborah Todd of Trumbull, Donna and Carl Scarpelli of Trumbull and Maurene and Scott Rose of Monroe; and six grandchildren, Jennifer and Jaime Scappelli, Scott and Stephen Rose, Heather Noble and Michael Yablong. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert Donnelly Jr. Friends are invited to attend her funeral Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Cyril F. Mullins Trumbull Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Road.
