GOODWIN, Sr. Mary Marcia, (Mary Irene Angela Goodwin) - of the Sisters of Providence of St. Vincent de Paul died on May 17, 2008 at Providence Motherhouse, Kingston. Born in Toronto on May 12, 1914, Sister Mary Marcia is predeceased by her parents, Augustus and Anastasia (Riordan) Goodwin, and stepmother, Cicely (Meehan) Goodwin, her sister, Audrey, her half-sisters, Bernadette Lumsdon, Aldine Hobson, Carmel Price, and her half-brothers, Eugene and Owen. She is survived by her half- sister, Cecilia O'Leary, and her half-brothers, Donald and William. Sister will be fondly remembered by her relatives, friends, and by the members of her religious community. Resting at Providence Motherhouse, 1200 Princess St., Tuesday, May 20 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. The Vigil Service will be at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in the Chapel of Mary, Mother of Compassion, Providence Motherhouse on Wednesday, May 21 at 10:30 a.m. Rite of Committal St. Mary's Cemetery, Kingston.
