EDGEFIELD, S.C. - Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Frances Hughes, 82, of Key Road, Edgefield, SC, who entered into rest October 8, 2014, will be conducted this Friday morning at 10 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel. Chaplain Mark Hudson officiating. Interment in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mrs. Hughes was a native of Pageland, SC, a former resident of Beech Island for 40 years, having made Edgefield her recent home. She was predeceased by her husband, Daniel G. Hughes, Sr. and a son, Daniel G. Hughes, Jr. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Linda Hughes, North Augusta and Cliff and Missy Hughes, Evans; two daughters and a son-in-law, Vera McDowell, Belvedere and Barbara and Jack Benjamin, Edgefield; six grandchildren, Philip Prince, Jessica Smith, Kyle Hughes, Lee Wheelin, Adam Boyce, Taylor Ellison and Luke Benjamin; six great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Lucas Benjamin, Adam Boyce, John Garland, Tommy Garland, Kyle Hughes, and James Lee Wheelin. Memorials may be made to Regency Hospice, 105 Summerwood Way, Aiken, SC 29803.
