Department of Children & FamiliesBARTOW -- Mrs. Mary Helen Seay of Bartow died of respiratory failure Saturday (April 15, 2006). She was 76.Born Dec. 1, 1929, Mrs. Seay lived in Bartow her entire life. She worked as a unit secretary for the Department of Children & Families for 25 years. She attended First Assembly of God, Bartow. She served on the Bartow Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and managed the hospital gift shop.Mrs. Seay was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Seay. She is survived by her son, Dale Seay and Alan Seay, both of Bartow; daughter, Julia S. Borrero, Lenoir, N.C.; five grandchildren; and two great-grand-children.Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at First Assembly of God, Bartow. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 1333 W.
