Mary “Rae” Gibson 1947-2004 The family announces with sorrow her death on Monday September 27th, 2004 at the Extendicare Nursing Home in Schumacher at the age of 57. Predeceased by her mother Mary in 1980. Loving daughter of Walter Gibson of London, ON. Survived by her sister Mavis Hamilton (Albert) of Timmins, her brother Colin Gibson of Georgetown, by her nephew Jason Gibson of Georgetown and by her close friends Karen Reid-Roberts of Perth and Max Caron of Peterborough. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in Scotland and British Columbia. Mary was on the Committee for Living Conditions at the Extendicare and she did plenty of Public Speaking while she was in Grammar School. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday October 16th, 2004 at St. Matthews Cathedral at 2 pm. Cremation has taken place. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, remembrances made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada will be greatly appreciated.
