<!-- FH = 99 --><!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Miller, Mary Frances Hellmueller,99, passed away August 13, 2014 at the Nazareth Home. Frances was born in Louisville to Peter and Mathilda Hellmueller of Rosenheim, Germany.Frances will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother, as well as an accomplished dancer, who generously donated her talents to many school and church programs. An excellent seamstress, she was responsible for the creation of many beautiful garments, wedding gowns, bridesmaid and prom dresses, costumes, and priests' vestments. Frances was a member of St. James Catholic Church and past president of St. James Altar Society. She was instrumental in constructing, with the help of other society members, many beautiful handmade quilts that were raffled for the church's benefit.She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, William King Miller; son, King Miller; grandson, King Thomas; three great-grandchildren; her parents; and six sisters; and four brothers.Survivors include her 10 children, sons, Rev. William King Miller, Timothy Miller (Regina) of Brandon, FL and Eddie Miller; daughters, Frances Miller, Marilyn McClellan, Charlotte Miller Stengel, Kathleen Thomas (Dr. John), Mary Ann Hood, Trish Hermann (Jody), and Julie Eggers (Andy); 27 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.The funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 16, 2014 at St. James Church, 1826 Edenside Avenue, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday at Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road.The family wishes to express their gratitude to the loving caregivers at Nazareth Home.
