Colbert - Mary Frances Davis, 80, of Colbert, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2006.Born in Detroit, MI, Mrs. Davis was the daughter of the late Charlie and Georgia McGinnis Smallwood. Mrs. Davis was a retired seamstress and a member of Colbert United Methodist Church.Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Vestal Davis of Colbert, sons; Donald Wayne Davis and wife Lydia of Raleigh, NC, and Ronald Layne Davis of Monroe, GA, brother; Jack Smallwood of Boynton Beach, FL, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday, June 24, 2006 at Colbert United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Harrelson. Interment will be in Colbert City Cemetery.
