Private graveside services for Mary Frances Carter 77 will be held today at Highland Memorial Gardens. Arrington Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Carter died on November 11 2002 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. A native of Crockett Co. she was born on June 19 1925 the daughter of the late William Matthew and Johnnie Mae Prescott McKinnon. She was retired from Owens Corning as a bookkeeper.
