JOHNSON, Mary Evelyn HolderAge 85 of Nashville. June 3, 2013. A native of Marshall Co., Mrs. Johnson was a daughter of the late Robert Holder and Clara Redmond. She was a retired Accounting Clerk with Southern Services, Inc. of Franklin, TN. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Johnson, who died in 1998. Survived by three daughters, Carol (Al) Rivers of Franklin, Barbara Rice Melvin (Eddie Reed) of Antioch and Debbie Johnson (Mike Brown) of Columbia; two sons, Billy Rice of Nashville, TN and Richard Johnson, Jr. (Nancy Keene) of Nashville; sister, Betty Wiley of Nashville, TN; five grandchildren, Jeremiah Rice, Eli Johnson, Sloan Markland, Travis Rice and Levi Markland; three great grandchildren, Ashton (Roni) Rice, Hannah Johnson and Hunter Markland. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 6, 2013 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.
