She was the daughter of Roy and Ruby Jennings Cooper. Ms. Cooper is survived by her children; Tammy (Fouse) Nelson, Chelsea Teague, Courtney Teague and Caleb Teague; grandchildren Alisha (Rochester) Landry, Ashley (Rochester) Bishop and Nathan Rochester; great-grandchildren Shyanne, Aaliyah and Bret Landrey.
