McCLURE, MARY ELLEN, 76, of South Louisville, passed from this life on Friday May 20, 2011 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was the former Mary Ellen Hall, a native of South Carolina, an administrative coordinator at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth, and a member of Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester G. McClure. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Poggenborg (Bruce); sons, Terry McClure (Denise) and Chris McClure; sisters, Esther Thompson and Margaret Segars; a brother, Kenneth Hall; grandchildren, Bruce Jr., Braeden, Garrett and Olivia; a great-granddaughter, Hannah; her extended family and friends, Lisa Beckner, Tracy Breland and the Hospitalist and staff at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth. A Mass of celebration for Mrs. McClure will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Sts. Simon & Jude, 4335 Hazelwood Avenue, with entombment to follow in Evergreen Mausoleum.
