HAHN, Mary Ellen Epperson 75, born on September 25, 1933 in Springfield, Arkansas died on November 3, 2008. Mary grew up in the Mallettown area and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Eva Epperson. She was a member of St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church, Tarpon Springs, Florida. Mary is survived by her husband of 50 years Robert J. Hahn Sr., Tarpon Springs, Florida. Also surviving are three children, Anna Ellen Weaver married to Louis Weaver, Tarpon Springs, Florida, Robert J. Jr., Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Dr. James Paul Hahn and partner Stephen Coady of Quincy, Massachusetts. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Samantha, Timothy, and Matthew Hahn, Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Kimmi-Ellen and Andrew Weaver, Tarpon Springs, Florida. Mary Ellen also leaves one brother, Curtis Epperson and wife Carol from Bartlett, Tennessee, two sisters, Jane Corballis and husband John from Bentley, Arkansas and Eula Gentry and husband Darrell from Arlington, Texas. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and two sisters. Mary lived in North Arlington, New Jersey until Robert was transferred to Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1976 and in 2004 moved to Tarpon Springs, Florida. Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 5, 2008 at the Curlew Hills Funeral Home, Palm Harbor, Florida from 8 pm to 10 pm. A memorial service will be held at Curlew Hills Funeral Home on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 11:00 am. Interment will be Cycadia Cemetery in Tarpon Springs, Florida. In lieu of flowers donations are made in Mary's name to the Hospice Foundation of The Florida Suncoast, 5771 Roosevelt Boulevard, Clearwater, Florida 33760 with special attention to the Music Therapy Department.
