Services for Mary Ellen Combs 68 will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday August 4 2001 at Brownsville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Stanton Cemetery. Mrs. Combs a homemaker died Thursday August 2 2001 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital of heart failure. She was preceded in death by her husband Ronnie H. Combs Sr. She is survived by her companion Warren Buster Adams; a daughter Joyce Adams; sons Ronnie Howard Combs Jr. and Calvin Eugene Sweetpea George Jr.; three sisters Frances Dobbins Dorothy Jones and Nancy Piper; three brothers Oscar Manley Jr. Robert Manley and Charles Manley; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
