Mary Elizabeth Larson, 90, died May 21, 2011, at the Sunnyside Retirement Community, Harrisonburg, Va. She was born in Connecticut, lived in Harrisonburg and was a former resident of Port St. Lucie. She retired from the North Carolina National Bank and worked in banking in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Florida. Survivors include her sons, Richard D. "Rick" Larson of McGaheysville, Va., and Robert W. "Rob" Larson of Fort Myers; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Waldemar Larson Jr. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sunnyside Retirement Community, 600 L University Blvd., Harrisonburg, VA 22801. Services: A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. June 1 at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City. Arrangements are by Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel.
