MARY ELIZABETH GIBSON Passed away on May 31, 2011. Predeceased by her beloved husband John Gibson. She will be greatly missed by her daughters Christine (Simo) and Patricia (Ron), her grandchildren Shannon, Tanner, Samantha and John and her step-sons Jack (Emma) and Doug. She will be lovingly remembered by her sisters Agnes (Sam - deceased) and Anne (Dave) and by her brothers Patrick (Carol) and Frank (June) and their children and grandchildren. Mary was predeceased by her brother John (Jack) and will be sadly missed by his wife Deana and their children and grandchildren. Mary was a dedicated volunteer with the Weston Silver Band and with Defence for Children International-Canada. Funeral Service for family and friends will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 4th in the Chapel of St. James' Cemetery and Crematorium, 635 Parliament St. (just south of Bloor on the east side). In Mary's memory, donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Defence for Children International-Canada or to the Ken Samler Memorial Fund at Community Living Toronto.
