Mary Ethel Evans Williams, 85, widow of R.C. Williams, of 223 Wood Valley Drive, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2001, at Hospice House. Survivors: A sister, Lucy Scoggins, of Starr; and a grandchild. Predeceased: Parents, Bedford and Pearl Gunter Evans; brothers, George A., Fred, Cullen and Bud Evans; a sister, Sarah Evans; and two great-grandsons.
