Mary E. Keyes March 31, 2011 Mary E. Keyes, 77, of Syracuse, died Thursday at University Hospital. Mary loved her family, especially her great-grandchildren. Mary was born in Tivoli, NY and moved to Syracuse where she resided with her family. She was known for her wonderful cooking at the Hotel Syracuse, Enrico's Restaurant and Danzer's Restaurant. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Donald L.; her son, Donald F. ; a sister, Lillian Myers; and her brothers, Frank, Claude and Edmond Pillon. Surviving are grandson, Jeffrey S. Keyes of Syracuse; granddaughter, Jacqueline (Richard M.) Hanlon Jr. of Syracuse; daughter-in-law, Anne Keyes of Camillus; sisters, Jeanadelle (Jean) Kane of Red Hook, Violet Yvonne Dembosky of Germantown, Brenda Lindhe of Highland; aunt, Violet Schaffer; four great-grandchildren and longtime friend, Sally Ennis.
