Mary Elizabeth (Kearns) Fay, age 85, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, Thursday, May 15. The beloved wife of the late Arthur J. Fay, she is survived by her devoted children, Christine A. Helms of Marietta, Ga., Susan Schaffer of Yarmouthport, John Fay of Randolph, and Mary Moore and her husband Ronald and Thomas Fay and his wife Brenda, all of Braintree. She was the cherished grandmother of Catherine and Brendon Helms, James Schaffer and his wife Angela, Molly and Mackenzie Moore, Madeline, Arianna, Michael and Jillian Fay and the late Justin Ryan Moore. She was the dear sister of William and Frankie Kearns, both of Quincy, and the late Ann Marklis and John Kearns. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Agatha Church, Milton, Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours will be held at the Alfred D.
