Mary Ellen Curtin, 88, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday at home. She was born in Syracuse on May 19, 1924, the daughter of the late John and Genevieve Curtin. She graduated from Onondaga Valley Academy, and was a secretary for Chrysler Corporation for 40 years, retiring in 1989. Mary Ellen was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in Fayetteville and was an avid reader. Mary Ellen is survived by several cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 400 Salt Springs St., Fayetteville. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Syracuse.
