BALLARD, MARY E., 79, of Louisville, died Thursday September 29, 2005, at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was the former Mary Hale, and was retired from the Louisville Envelope Co. She is survived by her son, James W. Ballard (Marty); daughter, Sherri Tucker (Bob); brother, Howard L. Hale; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Her service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2005, at the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 1201 E. Oak St. Visitation is Friday 2 - 8 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Salvation Army.
