Mary Cornelia Wright COWPENS, SC-- Mary Cornelia Ruppe Hall Wright, 88, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 29, 2013, at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. Born in Gaffney, she was the wife of the late Francis Edward Wright and was the daughter of the late Coy Marion Ruppe and Fair Gardner Ruppe. Mrs. Wright retired from Clifton Manufacturing and was a member of First Baptist Church of Cowpens. Surviving is her daughter, Linda Hall Reynolds of Cowpens; a brother, Jack Ruppe and wife, Norma of Cowpens; a sister, Jean Thrift of Cowpens; five grandchildren, Michael Lewis Reynolds and wife, Patty, Bradley W. Reynolds, Debra Reynolds Crowley and husband, David, Dana Reynolds Cochran and husband, Thomas, and Jeffrey E. Reynolds; five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Lewis L. Reynolds; and a sister, Phyllis Kirby. The family would like to extend special thanks to Valley Falls Terrace Nursing Home and Mary Black Memorial Hospital nurses and staff on the 4th floor. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM on Monday, April 1, 2013, at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 PM in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bill Westafer officiating. Entombment will be in the Frederick Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
