Mary (Canfield) Cookof BinghamtonMary (Canfield) Cook, 101, formerly of Colesville Rd., passed away on Friday, February 16, 2007, at Bridgewater Nursing Facility. She was the daughter of the late Forest Canfield and Lillian (White) Canfield. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by a sister, Evelyn Baker, Warren, Pa.; and also several nieces and nephews. She was a retired employee of the Binghamton Psychiatric Center.Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home, Inc., 137 Robinson Street, Binghamton. Rev. Tony Hipes, Pastor of Boulevard United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Chenango Valley Cemetery, Hillcrest, at the convenience of the family. Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
