Visitation will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. She leaves to cherish her precious memories three daughters: Cassandra Sabrina (Chris) Clemmons, Sidonna Maria Cook, Natascha Yvette (Terrence) Stokes. And Tiffany R. Cook; four sons: Lionel T. Cook, Anthony Bernard (Venessa) Cook, Eric Duval Cook, Sean Darnell (Sandra) Cook, and Victor Marshell; one brother, Thomas Wade of Jacksonville, FL; fifteen grand-children, sixteen great-grand-children and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
