CRAWFORD, MARY CECIL (PETE), 69, of Louisville, died Saturday at James S. Taylor Nursing Home. She was the former Mary Cecil Gleaves and a native of Jeffersonville, IN. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Walinda Jean, and two sons, Charles Jr. and Cedric. She is survived by two sons, Eric and Kylon "Mugs" Crawford; four daughters, Vera C. Newton, Deborah Turney and Karen and Judy Crawford; a sister, Betty Carter; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a nephew; three nieces; and an aunt, Bertha Talton. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at G. C. Williams Funeral Home, 1935 W. Broadway. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday.
