Mary Catherine Carr, 45, died Dec. 28, 2005, at her home. She was born in Manchester, Conn., and lived in Fort Pierce since 1996. She graduated from Computer Processing Institute in Norwich, Conn. She worked at the Town Hall and taught computer courses at CPI in East Hartford. She was a member of Crossings Community Church in Fort Pierce. Survivors include daughters, Angelica Carr of Coventry, Conn., and Miranda of Melbourne; father and stepmother, Harry and Betty Taucher Carr; sisters, Cheryl Parkington of Wellfleet, Mass., Patricia Teter of Belmont, Vt., Nancy Muller of Tolland, Conn., Jennifer Lomakin of Cobb, Calif., Christine Carr of Coventry and Carolyn Carr of Newington, Conn.; brothers, Michael Carr of Hamilton, Ohio, Harry Carr of Green Bay, Wis., Anthony Carr of Weston and David Carr of Tampa; stepsisters, Cheryl Simms and Audrey Taucher, both of Columbus, Ohio, and Beverly Gravley of Mount Gilead, Ohio; and stepbrother, David Taucher of Grove City, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy P. Carr. SERVICES: A memorial service will be at noon Jan. 14 at Crossings Community Church.
