Mary Eileen McLaughlin CaseyCHESAPEAKE BEACH, MD - Much beloved, Mary Eileen McLaughlin Casey, born October 24, 1957 in Newburgh, New York, passed away on October 14, 2012 at her home in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland. Mary, the daughter of William McLaughlin and Helen Cornelis McLaughlin (deceased) of Fishkill, New York, is survived by her husband of 24 years Richard Casey, and her son Kevin Casey. Mary is also survived by her sister Jacqueline Taylor of Tamarac, Florida, her sister Patricia Taylor Anderson, her brother-in-law Robert Anderson and her niece, Jamie Anderson all of Littleton, Colorado as well as her brother Michael Taylor of Greenville, Tennessee and nephews Ian and Billy Taylor. Following her graduation from American University, Mary lived in Arlington, Virginia and Bethesda, Maryland before moving to Calvert County, Maryland 25 years ago. For the last nine years, Mary was a greatly loved and admired teacher and mentor at Huntingtown High School. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 3 at 1:30 pm at Jesus The Divine Word in Huntingtown, Maryland. The family will be establishing a scholarship fund in Mary's name and would like donations to be made in lieu of flowers once details of the fund are available.
