Penny was born November 6, 1931 in Pleasant Hill, OH. She retired from Brevard Lumber in Titusville after 18 years. She was a loving mother who always took care of everyone in her family and whatever they needed. She enjoyed gardening and reading.Penny is survived by daughter; Janice Foster (Roy), and son Mark Pemberton (Kim), Lori Floyd (of late Marty Floyd), Jayne Smith (Clavis Sr), Nina Carpenter Wood, Lisa Jones (Scott), known as Mimi to 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be Saturday, from 11 to 12 and funeral service will follow at 12pm at North Brevard Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
