MILLER, MARY BETH SIMMONS, of Louisville, passed away Friday, November 18, 2005, after a prolonged illness. Mary Beth was a retired piano and drum teacher and a former Ohio's Junior Miss. She had been a pageant judge and was a member of the National America's Junior Miss Council. Mary Beth was a native of Danville, OH, and a member of St. Albert the Great Catholic Church in Louisville. She is survived by her husband, Mark Miller; her daughter, Kimberly Hahn (Eric); her sister, Barbara Lee Miller; and her mother, Opaline Simmons. Her funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2005, at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 1395 Girard Drive, with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens-East. Visitation will be held from 1-3 and 5-8 p.m. Monday at Arch L. Heady & Son, Westport Road at Herr Lane. Memorial gifts may be made to the Celiac Sprue Association of America, P.O.
