Cookie is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, William "Bill" Stout; sisters, Patricia Bass, Alice Millard, Jacqui Gardner; in-laws, Betsy Miksic, John Stout and Amy Bodenlos; and several nieces and nephews. She was the co-founder of the Greater Pittsburg Civil War Round Table and a member of Nativity Catholic Church.
