PORTLAND and WALLAGRASS - Mary Anne Cyr, 76, went to be with the Lord Aug. 6, 2005, at Maine Medical Center in Portland. She was born Dec. 10, 1928, in Wallagrass, the daughter of Levite and Marie Louise (Morin) Belanger She is survived by two daughters, Marianne Mills of Mapleton, Dora Mae St. Onge and her husband, Serge, both of Wallagrass; two sisters, Rose Anne Belanger of Wallagrass, and Lillian Cyr of Fort Kent; five grandchildren, Shawn Cyr, Ricky, Paula, and Rene St. Onge and Nichole Mills; six great-grandchildren, Katie L. Cyr, Mariah Cyr, Rebecca Albert, Desiree Ouellette, Emma M. Cyr, Jacob Williams, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to both her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Albert Cyr, in 1987. Also by seven brothers. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, at Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home Fort Kent, and 8 a.m. Tuesday, until time of departure for Soldier Pond. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday, at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Soldier Pond with the Rev. Paul Labree officiating. Committal services will follow in the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Wallagrass. Those who wish in Mary Anne's memory may donate to the Maine Medical Center Burn Unit S.C.U.
