Antique Sales WAYNESBORO, Ga. - Mary Ann Whaley Williams, wife of G. Frank Williams, Jr. and the daughter of the late Dessie Ford and Harriet Whaley entered into rest on Tuesday, February 22, 2005. She is survived by her husband, two sons, G. Frank Williams, III of Savannah, Christopher Ford Williams and wife Lisa of Charlotte, NC, two grandchildren Carter Franklin Williams and Meredith Claire Williams. Other family members include her brothers and sisters, Ellen Whaley Burroughs, Dr. Morgan Newman Whaley, Nancy Whaley Connaughton, Charles Butler Whaley and Becky Whaley Wisner, many nieces and nephews also survive. She was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Waynesboro where she served on the parish council. Upon graduation from Mt. Saint Joseph Academy in Augusta, she was employed by Southern Bell and later at Aquinas High School. She married and moved to Waynesboro where she was the owner of Williams' Antiques. A Rosary will be held at 11:00 a.m. today, Friday, February 25, 2005 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Waynesboro with the funeral Mass following at 1:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, Waynesboro with Father Larry Goulding officiating. Interment will follow at Burke Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 115 S. Liberty Street, Waynesboro, GA 30830.
