CORMACK, Mary AnnMay 29, 1958 - June 6, 2012Mary Ann Cormack passed away unexpectedly on June 6, 2012 at the age of 54 years. She was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband Don, and three children Richard (Emma), Jeff (Danielle) and Stacy.
