BUTLER, MARY ANN, 81Ocala - Mary Ann Butler, 81, of Oak Run passed away August 15, 2010 at Legacy Hospice House in Ocala, FL. Mrs. Butler was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN and graduated from St. Agnes Academy for Girls. She and her husband, Daniel, retired to Ocala in 1993 from Dennis, MA and Arlington Heights, IL. Mrs. Butler was a homemaker, avid walker, loved to garden and go on cruises. She is survived by her 6 children: 3 daughters, Kathleen Butler of Ashburn, VA, Eileen Laham (and husband Robert) of Westborough, MA and Maureen Butler of Westborough, MA; 3 sons, Timothy Butler of Anderson, SC, Michael Butler (and wife Alta) of Sturbridge, MA, Terrance Butler of Foster City, CA; 4 grandchildren, Dan and Katie Butler, Kyle and Trevor Laham; and her sister, Catherine Helmer of Indianapolis, IN. Mrs. Butler was preceded by her husband of 58 years, Daniel Butler, her parents Daniel and Winifred (Surber) Grady, stepmother, Mary Jane Grady and sister, Betty Jo (Betsy) Schneider. Memorial services will be held in Indianapolis, IN at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Marion County, PO Box 4860, Ocala, FL 34478-4860 or Christian Foundation for Children and Aging, 1 Elmwood Avenue, Kansas City, KS 66103.
