Mary Alice Batson McCoy, 70, North Acres Drive, wife of James R. McCoy, died March 28, 2003. Born in Greenville on February 7, 1933 she was a daughter of the late Lude and Elsie Rogers Batson. Mrs. McCoy graduated from Parker High School, and was a supervisor for Carolina Fashions. Mrs. McCoy was a member of the Solid Rock Church of God, where she was the secretary and taught Sunday School. Survivors, including her husband, are her son, James Kevin McCoy; brother, Robert C. Batson; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held today, March 30, at 2 PM at The Mackey Mortuary with the Rev. Jon Morgan officiating. Interment will follow in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
