Brown, Mary A., 65, died unexpectedly on September 18, 2003, of cancer. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Robert A. (Bob) Brown. She is survived by her daughter, Pam (Phil) Voss; stepdaughters Becky (Ron) Liberty and Nancy Crosky; grandchildren, Steve Harrison and Tara (Tom) Hoffman, Stephanie and Matthew Davis, Kevin, Todd and Jared Crosky; sister Nell (Don) Epperson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She retired from Southern Bell and moved to Key Largo in 1983. Mary and Bob returned to Fort Lauderdale in January 2000. Mary was a very active, feisty lady and she enjoyed sailing with her husband and family, but she really loved to dance. Our family will cherish the memory of her dancing all evening at her granddaughter (Tara's) wedding this past March. Mary will be greatly missed by many. A celebration of her life will be held at the home of Pam and Phil Voss on Saturday (today) at 6:00 p.m. A gathering from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., with a memorial service at 2:00 p.m., will be Sunday, Sept. 21st, Kalis Funeral Home, 2505 N. Dixie Hwy. in Wilton Manors.
