Mary A. Adams of Endicott Mary A. Adams, 101, of Endicott, went to be with her Lord at the Vestal Nursing Center, Thursday, October 9, 2008. Predeceased by her husband, Garis B. Adams, in 1980; two brothers and one sister. Survived by a daughter, Nancy R. Bundy, Endicott; grandchildren, William Bundy and Paul McKinney, Syracuse, Cathy Bundy, N.C., Richard (Dick) and Deborah Bundy, Endicott, Sandra Brown, Montrose, Pa.; seven great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren; a very special nephew, Michael Flynn; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Dorothy Shirley. She was a member of St. Ambrose Church, Endicott and a member of its Altar Rosary Society. A retired employee of McLean's Department Store and an avid lover of cats. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of the Vestal Nursing Center for the loving care given to Mary. Funeral services will be held Saturday 9 a.m. from the Allen Memorial Home, Inc., 511-513 E. Main St., Endicott and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Ambrose Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Memorial Home, Friday 5-7 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in Mary's memory may be made to the Animal Care Council, 131 Washington Ave., Endicott, N.Y. 13760 or to the pet charity of one's choice.
