-> Martha W. Smith, 85, died January 28, 2005 at Memorial Medical Center of natural causes. She was born in Waynesboro, GA and attended the public schools of Burke County. She was a housewife and a member of Temple of Glory. Survivors: four great-grandchildren, Firzana (Harold) Hamilton, Lakeisha (Woodrow) King, Ebony Hamilton and Justin Hamilton all of Savannah; six great -great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
