Martha M. Anderson, 80, Ellenton, died Sept. 23, 2003. She was born Oct. 11, 1922, in Hog Mountain, Ga., and was a lifelong resident of Ellenton. She was a homemaker. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Palmetto, and was a member and former treasurer of the Faith Circle of WMCS there. Survivors include her husband, James E. Sr.; a son, James E. Jr. of Palmetto; a sister, Mary Betts of Brandon; and two grandsons. The visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, with a service to follow, at Ellenton Funeral Home. Burial will be at Palmetto Cemetery after the service.
