Martha Jane King, 97, of Waterloo, Ala., passed away Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2008. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Morrison Funeral Home chapel, Central Heights, with Denvil Keel officiating. Burial will be at Bumpus Creek Cemetery.Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.She was a native of Tennessee and a member of Bumpus Creek Baptist Church.Survivors include daughter, Agnes Marie Benson, of Atlanta, Ga. There were 22 grandchildren and many great- and great-great-grandchildren.Pallbearers include Bobby Sweet, Billy Cain, Tommy Stricklin, Lonnie Dennis, Bob Faulkner and Hafford Luttrell. Honorary bearers will be John Dennis and Josh Dennis.Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights/Florence, is directing.
