Martha Echols Fleming, 70, of Carlton, died on Sunday, January 5, 2014.Survivors include her husband, Robert Fleming; children, Michael Burden, Linda Heard, Chenette, Angela, Gloria, Kevin, Robin, and Robert Jr. Fleming, and Felicia Hubbard; siblings, Mary Echols and Catherine Burden; 21 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. The family is receiving friends at the residence, located at 100 Fox Hall Trail, in Athens.Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, at Thankful Grove Baptist Church, in Carlton, with interment in the church cemetery.Jones Funeral Chapel, Crawford, is in charge of the arrangements.
