Graveside services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday, May 12, 2008, at Wahoo Baptist Church Cemetery for Mrs. Martha Evans Lee, age 67, of Murrayville. The Rev. Lonnie Sorrell will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 11, 2008, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Lee passed away Friday, May 9, 2008, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Lee was the daughter of the late Herman Marchbanks and Etta Ruth Edwards Marchbanks. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Nevada Lee. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, David and Sandra Turman, Stokesdale, N.C.; daughter, Deborah Lank, Greensboro, N.C.; brothers, Stanley Blackwell, Dallas, Jeffrey Blackwell, Dawsonville, and Larry Davis, Gainesville; sisters, Elizabeth Hewell, Flowery Branch, Nancy Spain, Gainesville, and Darlene Duran, Midland, Texas; granddaughter, Amanda Turman Neal, Walnut Cove, N.C.; and great-grandson, Dustin Gray Neal.
