WARRENVILLE, S.C. - Completed life's journey and entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 23, 2008, Mrs. Martha Durden Britt Anderson, of Warrenville, S.C., beloved wife of Roy Anderson and daughter of the late George Durden, Sr. and the late Gertrude Youmans Durden. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Carolyn B. (Tom) Taylor and Kay A. (Dewayne) Minor both of Graniteville; sons, James (Barbara) Britt and Gerald (Earleen) Britt both of Warrenville, Ladd (Judy) Britt of Beech Island, S.C., and David Wayne Britt of Augusta; three sisters, Thelma Britt of Warrenville, Marie DeLoach of Aiken, and Mildred Lowe of Clearwater; two brothers, George "Pete" Durden, Jr. and Earl Durden both of Warrenville; a sister-in-law, Mabel Reichart of Florida; 22 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 33 great-great-grandchildren. She was born in Stillmore, Georgia but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was retired from Graniteville Company. She was a member of Warrenville United Methodist Church. She was a kind and gentle lady who always had a pleasant smile for everyone she met. She will truly be missed by her family and many friends but there is a consolation in knowing that she just taken up residence at her Heavenly home where all is joy and peace. The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 3 p.m. at St. John United Methodist Church in Graniteville with Rev. Paul Rogers and Rev. Larry Watson officiating. The interment will follow at the Warrenville Cemetery. The pallbearers will be grandsons. The family will receive friends tonight, Tuesday, March 25th from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Napier Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials, in Mrs. Anderson's honor, may be made to the Alzeheimer's Assoc., 1899 Central Ave., Augusta, GA 30904, Hospice of S.C., 946 Millbrook Ave. Suite 803, Aiken, SC 29803, or to Warrenville United Methodist Church, P.O.
