HANLEY, MARTHA A. CARTER, 68, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Baptist Hospital East. Born in Louisville, she was a server at John E's Restaurant for 20 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, O.L and Lois Carter; and a sister, Sandra Brown. Martha is survived by her husband, Ron Hanley; sons, Scott and Chris Slusher; sisters, Sharon Collinsworth and Pam Jeffries; brother, Mark Carter; and several nieces and nephews. Her visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday, February 21, 2011 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with both a private service and burial to follow.
