With great sadness, the Macdonald family shares the news of Mark's sudden death. Mark, age 42, was attending Concordia University in Edmonton, Alberta. Mark was the loving father of Cassandra (age 12); long-time friend of Daphne Kronenberger; beloved son of Muriel Macdonald and the late Leonard Macdonald; brother of Paula Barrows (Les), Peter Macdonald (Mary), Hope Macdonald (Mark Blundell), Greg Macdonald, Phillip Macdonald (Laurel), Jonathon Macdonald (Fiona Mascarenhas). Mark will be missed by his nieces and nephews, Craig and Stephanie Barrows, Austin Josephs, Marshall Blundell and Michael Macdonald. A service in Mark's memory will be held in Ottawa at St. Basil's Church, 940 Rex Ave., on Saturday, November 17, 2001 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. A memorial service will also be held at Concordia University Chapel in Edmonton on Friday, November 23 at 10:45 a.m. Donations to Concordia University Foundation appreciated.
