CONCORD - Marjorie W. Walker, 89, died June 24, 2011, at Pleasant View Nursing Home. She was born in Freeport, Maine, to William and Bertha Williams. She was an avid golfer, gardener and enjoyed spending time with her family. Mrs. Walker was a longtime member of the Concord Country Club and the East Concord Garden Club. She was predeceased by her husband, George R. Walker, in 1996.. IN HER LIFE: Family includes a son, James Walker and his wife Ann of Bow; her daughter, Nancy Moran and her husband James of Penacook; one sister, Helen Bouchard; two grandchildren, Kristen John and Rebecca Dunsmore; and four great-grandchildren, Michael John, Cassidy John, Walker John and Hannah John. . SERVICES: Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Bennett Funeral Home, 3 Church St., Chapel (the Brick Building). Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will follow in Blossom Hill Cemetery.
