SMITH, Marjorie Ann "Smitty," 96, of Tampa, passed away January 23, 2007. She was born March 4, 1910, in New Orleans, La., to Paul Clement Chappuis and Sarah Keegan Chappuis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Knight Smith, and her sisters and brothers, Mable Cockerham, Kinta Smith Miller, Paul Chappuis and Ray Chappuis. She is survived by nieces and nephews, Jackie Rogers Reynolds, Kinta Ann Smith, Edith Clair Upstill, Frank L. Smith and Brian Joseph Smith. She is also survived by numerous great- and great- great-nieces and -nephews. She was a member of St. Patrick' s Catholic Church and had been a resident of Tampa for 70 years.
