Marjorie Parsons Davis Marjorie Parsons Davis, 82, passed away Monday, June 8, 2009. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. EDT Thursday, June 11, at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Timberlane Chapel (850-893-4177). Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Mrs. Davis worked for Lively Vocational-Technical School for 27 years.She retired in 1997 from her position as testing administrator. She was born September 7, 1926, in Bluff Springs, Florida. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents, T. Marvin Parsons and Matilda Hardee Parsons, and her husband, Marion Woodrow Davis Sr. Mrs. Davis is survived by four children, Marion Woodrow Davis Jr. (Sharon) of Bartow, Florida, and Linda Carol Davis, Deborah Davis Wagar (Lew) and Robert Louis Davis, all of Tallahassee; and a brother, Thomas M. Parsons (Sallie) of Pace, Florida.She has three grandchildren, Laurie, Tom (Jen), and Charles, one great-grandchild Tyler, all of Bartow, Florida.
