ObituaryMarjorie A. Lewis, 60, of Punta Gorda passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2005. Marjorie was born on April 20, 1945 in Hartford, CT to Stuart and Helen (Prezckopski) Munro. Her family moved to Fort Myers in 1952. Marjorie married Charles Lewis, Sr. on March 17, 1965 and moved to Punta Gorda in 1976. She was a Catholic by faith and she worked for the Dept. of Environmental Protection in computer technology. She enjoyed studying genealogy and was a past Worthy Matron of the Punta Gorda Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.Survivors include her loving husband, Charles, Sr., her three children, Trent (Lyn) of Punta Gorda, Tonya (Ron) Yeager of Punta Gorda, and Tim of Punta Gorda, her grandchildren, Tyler, Kristin, Caleb, Tammy, Beau, Owen, Kelsey, and Kyle, a brother, Jack (Lam) Munro of Punta Gorda, a brother-in-law, Gary Phreed of Cape Coral, an aunt Jo woolett of Vernon, CT and many nieces, nephews and cousins.A celebration of Marjorie's life will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 7:00 PM, at Kays Ponger Funeral Home of Punta Gorda.
