ACTON, Maine - Marjorie A. "Aunt Marge" Goodwin, 91, of Acton, Maine died at approximately 12:20 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2012 following a brief illness. She was born in Yonkers, N.Y., the daughter of James and Marjorie (Sharp) Arthur. She was a 30-year resident of Bow, and had also lived in Concord, for 15 years. She previously lived in Katonah, N.Y. and West Newfield, Maine. Marjorie worked as a secretary at the New Hampshire Conference of the United Church of Christ in Concord where she retired from after 24 years.She was predeceased by her husband of 32 years, George A. Goodwin.She is survived by two nieces, Debbie Sheldon of Fairfield, Conn. and Nancy Francisco of Springfield, Mass.; two nephews, Gary Dochtermann of Acton, Maine and David Knox of Stoneham, Mass.; four great nephews; five great nieces; and one great great niece.
