JOHNSON, Marion Jean (nee Thomas) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother on November 18, 2009. Born in Manitoba on September 14, 1919. Marion married Jack Johnson on October 14, 1939. They raised their five children in Brandon, Manitoba, before coming to Victoria, B.C. in 1967. Marion made a significant impact on those of us who were lucky enough to know her, to love her, and be loved by her. Her generosity and devotion to her family will be greatly missed, and leave us with never fading memories. We will all carry a piece of her with us in our hearts as we move forward. Marion leaves behind her daughters Joan (Colin) and Linda (Klaus); her son John (Muriel); her grandchildren Richard (Shelly), Jennifer (Che), James (Hiromi), Stephen, Kelly Lynne (Richard), Christopher, Crystal and Keith; great-grandchildren Erika, Danika, Erin, Petra, Andera and Eldrid. Marion is predeceased by her husband Jack, her son Don, daughter Kelly and daughter-in-law Kathy who were never far from her thoughts. No service by request.
